On sunday, we all decided to go to Puebla to visit the pyramids in Cholula and the beautiful colonial buildings. After the long car rental process, we were on the road. When we got there, our friend Isaac Muñoz showed us around and even took us to a very rustic and cheap hotel next to the pyramids. We walked around the Zócalo, visted the Museo Amparo, saw the traditional dances and had a couple of cocktails on the "Portales" of the Royalty hotel. There were a lot of street vendors, but the one that called our attention the most was an 8 year old girl that was selling a couple black mutt puppies for 2 bucks each. Afterwards, we bought some beers and started a card playing tournament at our hotel room (Ariston is a good card player!). I was asleep cause I drove and it was a tad stressful. In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel and proceeded to check out the pyramids and the Iglesia de la Virgen de los Remedios (good morning exercise after eating greasy eggs and refried beans). Then we met with Isaac, who took us to an art show he curated, some antique stores, The Purificadora Hotel and to have some Mole Poblano at the traditional Fonda de Santa Clara.
